The Story of Joshua's Song

It happened when Joshua was in preschool. Every Tuesday and Thursday I would pile my two boys into the van (Benjamin was in preschool, too, but on Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and we would head off towards Jacque's Preschool. Every Tuesday and Thursday, without fail, Drift Away would come on the radio. I love this song, and would always sing along with it. Pretty soon, Joshua started singing along with me. None of the other kids ever did, and it came to be known as Josh's and my song. It was our song. Even now, and it's been a few years, whenever I hear Drift Away on the radio, I think of Joshua!
